Return & Exchange service standard
What is your exchange &return policy
Defective Products: We will accept returns on website purchases within 7 days after delivery arrival. All defective
products can be returned for refund or replacement. We will deduct shipping cost (from factories to customers
country) if you choose free shipment way. The customer is liable to confirm with SaintChristine service team for
an advisable shipping method.
Non-defective Products: Products that are not defective can be returned for replacement or refund in 7 days,
even if just for the product is unsatisfactory for the application. We will not be responsible for the shipping cost
( from factories to customer country), BUT the customer should be responsible for return shipping costs and
taxes caused.
Prior to returning the product, contact SaintChristine customer service department for a Return Authorization.
All products returned to SaintChristine must be securely packaged in the proper shipping materials and reach
SaintChristine without damage and please note that the parcel is for "return products".
The following information are required when you reflect the problem:

Something you should follow
1. Pack the items in the original packing materials or other PROTECTIVE package. We are unable to issue
refunds for items lost or damaged due to unsecure packaging.
2. Please enclose the ORDER NUMBER and your name, and other related product information in the package.
3. Please email us the tracking number of your returning parcel, and inform us the tracking website or the
carrier you select, so that we can track the status of the returning parcel quickly for prompt refund.
4. Save your shipping receipt until you receive your refund or replacement. If you do not have proof of
shipment, we will not be able to issue refund for packages lost in transit.
5. Refunds are processed within 3 business days of returning package receipt.
